Building on the strength of Epiroc’s existing partnership agreement with ACE Mechanical Services, the organizations are expanding their collaborative efforts with two new locations in St. Apollinaire and Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
As the mining & construction industry in Quebec continues to gain momentum, operations in the region require additional service support to ensure they can reach their productivity goals safely. By strategically adding new locations close to customer sites, Epiroc & ACE Mechanical Services can offer prompt service right when it’s needed, so mining projects can maintain a consistent pace of production.
The partnership between Epiroc and ACE is centered around a “customer first” approach, which involves collaborating closely with customers to plan service on site in a way that helps them achieve their growth objectives. The combined expertise of both organizations allows customers to yield the benefits of service technicians who can effectively troubleshoot any machine issues that arise.

Moving forward, ACE will continue to provide all Epiroc’s field service support in the territory while managing parts order taking and invoicing. Parts will be available starting from April 1st, 2025, with service beginning in June 2025. As an added benefit, ACE will be able to stock more parts locally and the additional locations will help accommodate major repairs.
Epiroc will supply a resource of trainers from their team via ACE, as well as technical service representatives. Trainers will be readily available to ensure local teams are prepared to utilize new equipment and technology to maximize both efficiency and safety.
