By strategically adding new locations close to customer sites, Epiroc & ACE Mechanical Services can offer prompt service right when it’s needed, so mining projects can maintain a consistent pace of production. The partnership between Epiroc and ACE is centered around a “customer first” approach, which involves collaborating closely with customers to plan service on site in a way that helps them achieve their growth objectives. The combined expertise of both organizations allows customers to yield the benefits of service technicians who can effectively troubleshoot any machine issues that arise. “With these new locations, our organization will become more agile when responding to customer needs in the region and by expanding our partnership with ACE, we can offer faster service by increasing the overall availability of technicians in the area to support operations,” says Sebastien Maltais, Project Partnership Manager at Epiroc Canada. “We’ve established a great working relationship with ACE in the past few years, so this expanded partnership was the logical next step, and our customers will reap the benefits of higher service quality and operational efficiency, as well as competitive pricing.” Moving forward, ACE will continue to provide all Epiroc’s field service support in the territory while managing parts order taking and invoicing. Parts will be available starting from April 1st, 2025, with service beginning in June 2025. As an added benefit, ACE will be able to stock more parts locally and the additional locations will help accommodate major repairs. Epiroc will supply a resource of trainers from their team via ACE, as well as technical service representatives. Trainers will be readily available to ensure local teams are prepared to utilize new equipment and technology to maximize both efficiency and safety. ### Related posts - [Epiroc & Northern Mining Equipment: An Expanded Partnership for Mining & Construction Customers](https://epiroc.blog/canada/epiroc-northern-mining-equipment-an-expanded-partnership-for-mining-construction-customers?hsLang=en) December 12, 2024 - [CIM 2024 Epiroc Customer Event at One Under](https://epiroc.blog/canada/cim-2024-epiroc-customer-event-at-one-under?hsLang=en) June 06, 2024 - [Epiroc & ACE Services Mécaniques Training Center: A New Hub in Val-d’Or, Quebec](https://epiroc.blog/canada/epiroc-ace-services-m%C3%A9caniques-training-center-a-new-hub-in-val-dor-quebec?hsLang=en) March 03, 2024 - [Epiroc Canada Expo in Lively, Ontario](https://epiroc.blog/canada/epiroc-canada-expo-in-lively-ontario?hsLang=en) November 11, 2023 - [Epiroc & ACE Partnership Benefits](https://epiroc.blog/canada/epiroc-ace-partnership-benefits?hsLang=en) June 06, 2023 - [Epiroc Canada Partners with ACE Services Mécaniques for Parts and Services in Northern Quebec (Abitibi Region) and Nunavut](https://epiroc.blog/canada/epiroc-canada-partners-with-ace-services-m%C3%A9caniques-for-parts-and-services-in-northern-quebec-abitibi-region-and-nunavut?hsLang=en) April 04, 2023 - Contact Us - 1-800-465-6719 - [support.canada@epiroc.com](mailto:support.canada@epiroc.com) - [epiroc.com/en-ca](https://www.epiroc.com/en-ca) © 2023 Epiroc Canada.
